Shipments

The company "I Sapori della Murgia" will ship the products ordered by the customer, by courier, to the address indicated by the same. Order processing times are a minimum of 3 days up to a maximum of 7 working days. These processing times may be subject to delays close to the holiday season .

Shipping costs are:
- €8.90 for orders up to €79.00
- Free for orders over €79.01

At the time of shipment of the goods, the customer will receive an email notification from the "I Sapori della Murgia" company.

The delivery time of the courier is from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday; orders received during public holidays will be processed on the following working day. In any case, delivery times are provided for indicative purposes only and are therefore not binding.

The courier is responsible for the delivery. The "I Sapori della Murgia" company undertakes to collect any reports of failed or delayed delivery of the products through the Customer Service and, if necessary, to assist the Customer in protecting their rights according to the law.

The courier in charge will make an attempt to deliver during the day, if he does not find anyone at home he will leave a non-delivery note which will contain a telephone number to contact.

For shipments within the territory of San Marino and the Vatican City, the consignee of the goods is responsible for paying the taxes and customs duties established by the legislation in force in the territory of destination of the products.
